Feb. 23, 2023 – Newmarket (Ontario) Superior Court of Justice family branch judge, the Honorable Richard T. Bennett, recently ruled in favor of a father’s right to cite “expert evidence” during a court-case regarding vaccine safety and effectiveness in a 67-page ruling, allowing the debate over child vaccination to move on to trial. The case in question surrounds a dispute between divorced parents about whether they are going to inject their 3 young children – aged 4, 5 and 10 – with the experimental COVID vaccines.
Feb. 23, 2023 – “I will live the rest of my life without breasts, with a deepened voice and male-pattern balding, and without the ability to get pregnant,” said Michelle Zacchigna. A 34-year-old Orillia woman has filed a lawsuit in Ontario Superior court alleging that a decade prior, medical professionals allowed her to “self-diagnose” as transgender and prescribed her with treatment without providing a differential diagnosis or proposing alternative treatments.

Feb. 10, 2023 – The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Thursday Feb. 9, 2023 added the two-shot primary series mRNA COVID-19 vaccine to its routine immunization schedule for children and adults, formalizing the agency’s vaccine advisory committee’s unanimous recommendation made in October 2022. Vaccines added to the CDC schedule protects pharmaceutical companies from liability for vaccine injuries. Vaccine makers are not liable for injuries or deaths associated with Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) vaccines but can be held liable for injuries caused by a fully licensed vaccine – unless that vaccine is added to the CDC’s childhood vaccination schedule. As of Feb. 12, 2023 the U.K. will no longer recommend COVID-19 boosters for healthy people under age 50. Denmark ended its universal COVID-19 vaccination campaign for healthy individuals in February 2022.
